1. The service
Tokyo Culture Signal provides editorial cultural intelligence, including evidence-linked Signals, creative direction, momentum mapping and member archives. The material is for research and creative decision support; it is not legal, financial or investment advice.
2. Membership
A 12-Signal Issue and Momentum Map are released on the first day of each month at 00:00 UTC. Individual access is for one person and includes 9 of the 12 Signals in each current and archived Issue. Studio includes all 12 Signals, one owner and up to four invited seats. Credentials and private member content may not be resold, publicly reposted or shared outside the entitled users.
3. Billing and renewal
New Individual memberships include a 30-day free trial and then renew at $29/month in USD until canceled. A payment method is collected at signup. Studio renews at $99/month in USD and does not include the Individual trial. Stripe processes payment. Taxes, if legally applicable, are shown during checkout.
4. Cancellation and access
You can cancel from Member Account at any time. Cancel Individual before the trial ends to avoid the first charge; trial access remains available until the date shown by Stripe. After billing begins, cancellation takes effect according to the date shown by Stripe. Failed payments receive a seven-day access grace period; access can be suspended after that period until payment succeeds.
5. Refunds
Because access to digital research begins immediately, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where a verified service failure prevented access. Contact us within seven days of the charge for review.
6. Editorial limits
Signals express evidence-based editorial judgment at a point in time. Confidence and interpretation can change as new evidence appears. Source organizations do not endorse Tokyo Culture Signal unless expressly stated.
7. Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, scrape private content at scale, interfere with the service, or use the service to violate third-party rights.
