Service delivery: Individual access is registered automatically when the trial starts; Studio access is registered after successful payment. The secure access email normally arrives within minutes. A 12-Signal Issue and Momentum Map are released monthly on the first at 00:00 UTC. Individual includes 9 of 12 Signals in current and archived Issues; Studio includes all 12.
Cancellation: Cancel at any time from Member Account → Open Stripe billing. Cancel Individual before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. Cancellation timing is shown before confirmation in Stripe.
Refunds: Digital access begins immediately. Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where a verified service failure prevented access.
System requirements: A current browser, JavaScript, cookies and an email account capable of receiving secure sign-in links.
